Choosing the Correct Color
When choosing colors, first consider if you are a warm tone or a cool tone. If you are a cool tone you usually have a pink or blue undertone to their skin. If you are a warm tone you will have a peach or green (olive) undertone.
To easily find out what tone you are, find a small swatch of both silver and gold material and hold it up to your bare face first the silver then the gold.
Make sure you are in natural lighting. Take notice, which color brightens your skin, lips, eyes and reduces dark circles. Sometimes this takes a trusted friend to help give you an honest opinion. If you look better in the gold you are a warm tone, this means you would look best in Spring/ Fall tones. If you look better in the silver, you are a cool tone, and would look best in Summer/Winter tones.
